Why We Built This Site
Tennessee recognizes public access to many court records, subject to Rule 34, statutes, sealing orders, and privacy limits. Access still starts with the right office. Mike Wilson's clerk office serves Circuit, General Sessions, and Juvenile functions. Albert Wade, Clerk and Master, keeps Chancery matters such as probate, estates, and many family or equity files. City clerks maintain municipal citations. We organize the official contacts, search fields, case-number tips, and request steps around that Henry County structure.
What You Will Find Here

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to a Tennessee court, clerk, or state agency. Its limits are clear:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
Search Partners
Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When you use one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep this site free for visitors. We do not control what those tools charge or what shows up in their results.
